We offer companies a new way to approach motivating teams and promoting wellness with our bite-sized creative online classes. We always start sessions with a bit of mindfulness practice to help you connect to the present moment and indulge in learning something new. Not to worry, we are reducing screen time, and encouraging interaction and/or self-exploration.
The Power Hour delivered a great session for our remote Team Week in September 2020.
After a busy few days of planning and discussion, their session on 'Decluttering Your Mind' was a fantastic note to end on. They provided practical methods for reducing the noise in our everyday lives, helping us to focus on what really mattered. They also gave us lots of time to think on our own and in groups, and they really encouraged us to bring our personal selves to the discussion.
As a team of 50, all working remotely, it can be difficult to recreate a feeling of personal connection but Rhiannon and the team managed to make it feel like we were all in the same room. Will highly recommend The Power Hour to others - thank you!
